REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 53-2018 issued on December 4, 2018 revises BIR Form No. 0044 (Request for System Access/Access Revocation) to be used by BIR revenue personnel and/or third parties requesting for access to BIR applications/systems, except Electronic Filing and Payment System (eFPS), and requesting revocation of access to BIR applications/systems, including eFPS. Those requesting access to eFPS shall continue to use BIR Form No. 0043 (Electronic Filing and Payment System Access Request).
