REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 38-2024 issued on September 6, 2024 prescribes the guidelines and procedures in the availment of medical discount privileges as declared in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center (CGHMC).

All revenue officials and employees nationwide shall enjoy fifty percent (50%) discount from charges on room occupancy and thirty percent (30%) on laboratory (except blood related procedures which are non-discountable); pulmonary (except for the imbedded Professional Fee in Arterial Blood Gases (ABG) and xray (except handling fee) services in the CGHMC.

The benefits provided shall be applied after the deductions of all applicable government benefits including PhilHealth and Senior Citizen’s discounts. The privilege covers out-patient medical services but shall not include costs of medicines.
