REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 34-2021 issued on November 22, 2021 prescribes the Measure Dictionary which shall be used as reference document in the implementation of the CY 2021 Operational Key Performance Indicators by the Revenue Regions, Revenue District Offices and Large Taxpayers Service.
