REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 24-2024 issued on June 28, 2024 prescribes the CY 2024 Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPls) for the Large Taxpayers Service (LTS), Revenue Regions (RRs) and Revenue District Offices (RDOs).
The details of the seventeen (17) Operational KPIs are specified in Annex A of the Order. The Assistant Commissioner (ACIR) who is the Measure Owner (MO) of a particular KPI of his/her concerned offices, shall monitor, review, evaluate, and assess the KPI accomplishments/performance of RRs, LTS and RDOs if it is aligned with the set target.
The implementing offices include the RRs, LTS and RDOs. Specific offices within the LTS for a particular KPI are as follows:

If the actual accomplishment exceeds the KPI target, the score shall be the maximum assigned KPI weight.
The Operational KPIs shall be included as measures in the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) Form, as well as in the Office Index of Success 2 Indicators of the RRs, LTS, LTDs and RDOs. The Operational KPIs specified in the Order shall be adopted in CY 2024.
The guidelines, procedures, and the timeline for submission of the Accomplishment and Evaluation Reports on the Operational KPIs are specified in the Order.
