REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 2-2020 issued on January 16, 2020 allocates the CY 2020 BIR collection goal by implementing office. The overall CY 2020 collection goal has been set at ₱2.576 Trillion, which includes additional revenues from the Tax Reform Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Act amounting to ₱0.090 Trillion. Said goal is higher than the CY 2019 goal by 10.53% or ₱0.245 Trillion. The Data Used and Goal Allocation Methodology are specified in the Order.
