REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 18-2010 issued on March 8, 2010 prescribes the policies and guidelines in the conduct of the “Kapihan with the Commissioner” under the People Wellness Program for CY 2010. The Kapihan is an informal gathering where discussions can be carried out to address the needs and concerns of revenue personnel, in order to foster good working relationships and promote employee satisfaction. The Kapihan shall be held once every other month, after the Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony at 8:30 AM at the Office of the Commissioner.
