REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 16-2022 issued on March 15, 2022 prescribes the CY 2022 BIR collection goal by implementing office. The overall CY 2022 BIR collection goal has been set at ₱ 2,438.302 Billion, which is higher than the CY 2021 actual collection by 16.87% or ₱ 352.045 Billion. The Data Used and Goal Allocation Methodology used in the computation of the final goal of implementing offices are specified in the Order.
