REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 11-2024 issued on March 14, 2024 prescribes the CY 2024 BIR collection goal allocation, by implementing office based on Medium-Term Revenue Program (MTRP).

The overall CY 2024 BIR collection goal has been set at ₱ 3,055.169 Billion, which is higher than the CY 2023 actual collection by 21.38% or ₱ 538.182 Billion. The data used and the goal allocation methodology used in the computation of the final goal for the implementing offices are specified in the Order.
