REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 43-2009 issued on August 7, 2009 notifies the loss of one pad of unused BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with Serial Nos. ROR200804195251 to ROR200804195300.
     Said copies, which were reported missing by Ms. Fe D. Mediavillo of Revenue Region No. 10, Legazpi City, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
