REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 37-2006 issued on July 3, 2006 notifies the loss of the original copy from one (1) set of unused BIR Form No. 2524- Revenue Official Receipt with Serial No. ROR200600716576.

     Said copy of ROR, which was reported lost by Ms. Ma. Eloisa B. Daquioag of Revenue District Office No. 1, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
