REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 32-2006 issued on June 6, 2006 directs the use of the enhanced BIR Form 0535 – Taxpayer Information Sheet (TIS) in the conduct of Tax Compliance Verification Drive. The TIS shall be accomplished in three (3) copies and distributed as follows:

Original – Taxpayer’s Copy

Duplicate – Revenue Officer’s copy to be attached to the docket of the taxpayer

Triplicate – Regional Office Copy

     The printing and distribution of the tax mapping sticker shall be the responsibility of the Regional Offices.
