REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 26-2007 issued on April 11, 2007 notifies the loss of one (1) original copy of Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) issued to Sojitz Philippines Corporation to wit:

Because of the loss, which was reported by Mr. Jiro Bando, President of Sojitz Philippines Corporation, the entire TCC set bearing the said serial number is cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
