REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 27-2005 issued on May 5, 2006 publishes the full text of Executive Order (EO) No. 525 issued by the President of the Philippines entitled “Creating a Special Task Force to Investigate Irregularities Committed in Relation to the Payment of Taxes in Transfers of Titles of Real Properties and For Other Purposes.”

     The Task Force, which is attached to the Presidential Anti-Graft Commission, shall exist for two (2) years from the date of effectivity of the EO. Afterwhich, its functions shall be turned over to the Department of Justice.
