REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 26-2006 issued on April 28, 2006 provides basic questions and answers to clarify certain provisions of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 3-2006, more particularly with respect to the printing requirements on commercial labels, packaging/secondary containers and master cases of alcohol and tobacco products.
