REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 151-2022 issued on December 7, 2022 circularizes the Updated List of Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of November 2022.
            Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC.
             Further, included in the list were the MF-NGO Certificates of Accreditation revoked by the MNRC effective April 29, 2022 and June 1, 2022, and expired Certificate of Accreditation effective June 14, 2022, with reference to Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 144-2022, and revoked Certificate of Accreditation effective October 26, 2022.
