REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 118-2023 issued on November 6, 2023 circularizesthe Updated List of Accredited Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs)
as of September 2023.
           Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC). Included in the said list are the Accredited MF-NGOs for the periods 2022 to 2025 and 2023 to 2026, and the MF-NGO Certificate of Accreditation revoked by the MNRC effective September 27, 2023.
