REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 30-2022 issued on March 16, 2022 publishes the full text of the letter from OIC-Director General Oscar G. Gutierrez, Jr. of the Food and Drug Administration endorsing updates to the List of VAT-Exempt Medicines under Republic Act No. 11534 (CREATE Act).
The letter indicates the medicines for cancer, diabetes, hypertension, high-cholesterol, mental illness and COVID-19 for inclusion in the said List, as well as the medicine for cancer for delisting and medicine for COVID-19 for correction in the said List.
