REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. 11-2001 issued September 10, 2001 amends RR No. 1-68, as amended, otherwise known as the Private Retirement Benefit Plan Regulations. The fees to be paid by the employer, upon issuance of the certificate of qualification or amendatory certificate of qualification, are specified in the Regulations. Employers not having more than five (5) employees shall be exempt from the fees prescribed by the Regulations.
