REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 9-2019 issued on February 11, 2019 allocates the CY 2019 BIR collection goal by implementing office. The overall CY 2019 collection goal of the Bureau of Internal Revenue has been set at ₱2,330.693 Billion, which includes the additional revenues from the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Act amounting to ₱79.012 Billion. Said goal is higher than the CY 2018 goal by 14.3% or ₱291.541 Billion. The Deputy Commissioner (DCIR) for Operations and the Assistant Commissioner of Large Taxpayers Service shall provide the DCIR for Resource Management the individual goal allocations of the concerned personnel assigned in the implementing units under their respective jurisdictions not later than March 1, 2019.
