REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 8-2012 issued on April 10, 2012 prescribes the reportorial requirements of the Financial Service. The prescribed submission dates, as specified in Annex “A” of the Order, shall be strictly adhered to. Offices that should be provided with copies of the reports must be furnished on the same date these reports are submitted to the prescribing agency/ies.
