REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 5-2025 issued on January 22, 2025 prescribes the Agency Performance Indicators and Targets for CY 2025-2028.

The progress of the Agency Performance Indicators shall be monitored semi-annually and annually vis-à-vis the targets set. The said Indicators and Targets shall be updated and revised, as deemed necessary.
