REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 44-2024 issued on October 15, 2024,
prescribes the revised guidelines for monitoring of Withholding Taxes remitted
by National Government Agencies (NGAs) thru the Electronic Tax Remittance
Advice (eTRA) System.

The detailed guidelines of all concerned BIR offices for the monitoring of the
Withholding Taxes remitted by NGAs thru the Electronic Filing and Payment
System-eTRA System are specified in the Order.
