REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 41-2025 issued on September 25, 2025 amends Revenue Memorandum Order No. 33-2024 on the modes of disposition of seized/forfeited articles.

Section V. Guidelines and Procedures, D. Disposition Proper, 5. Destruction, paragraph a(i). Before the Destruction Proper, is amended to read as follows:

                        “xxx

5. Destruction

The Seized/Forfeited Articles subject of destruction shall not be destroyed until at least twenty (20) days after seizure.

a. Before Destruction Proper

i. The date of the destruction shall be scheduled on a regular working day and within business hours, or any day as may be determined efficient to conduct destruction.
