REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 22-2006 issued on September 18, 2006 revokes Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 17-2005, as amended by RMO No. 21-2005, relative to the required submission to the Office of the Commissioner of monthly reports of all accountable forms, notices, permits, reports and other documents processed by the Large Taxpayers Service. Such reports shall be submitted only to the said Office upon order of the Commissioner, as he may deem necessary.
