REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 21-2006 issued on September 13, 2006 prescribes the report formats for manual updating of the status of consolidated Summary Lists of Sales and/or Purchases (SLSP) and Bureau of Customs (BOC) Letter Notices covering taxable years 2004 onwards, deployed via the Information Delivery Portal.
