REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 17-2019 issued on April 16, 2019 amends Revenue Memorandum Order No. 33-2001 relative to the granting of regular access to BIRIntegrated Tax System (ITS) users. Regular access shall be granted to ITS users based on the approved Security Access Matrix (SAM) and required/appropriate trainings. In the case of ITS users with deficiencies or without the required/appropriate training/s, regular access to ITS shall be granted based on the approved SAM and role designation/job performance for at least a year. ITS users requesting conversion of special access to regular access shall secure an endorsement from the Head of Office, adequately supporting/justifying the said ITS access conversion.
