REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 16-2013 issued on June 21, directs all Revenue District Offices, Large Taxpayers District Offices, and Large Taxpayers Audit Division offices to inform all government offices, including any of its agencies, political subdivisions or instrumentalities, or government-owned or -controlled corporations, to act and serve as “Role Model” to the taxpaying public with regards to tax compliance. Said BIR offices are also directed to comply with the directives specified in the Order.
