REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 15-2016 issued on April 27, 2016 amends Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 30-2001 relative to the provisions of application for bank accreditation. The Head Revenue Executive Assistants of Information Systems Development and Operations Service (ISDOS) and Information Systems Project Management Service (ISPMS) were included as members of the Bank Accreditation Committee (BAC) created to evaluate application for accreditation, renewal of accreditation, disaccreditation, request for waiver of penalties of banks and to make its recommendations relative thereto to the Commissioner of lnternal Revenue/ Deputy Commissioner of lnternal Revenue –Operations Group/ Management Committee. A representative from the ISPMS was also included as member of the BAC Secretariat created to schedule BAC meetings, take and prepare minutes of the meetings, prepare notice of meetings, and coordinate and liaise with AABs relative to the meetings, among others.
