REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 14-2015 issued on August 10, 2015 further amends RMO No. 55-2000, as amended, redefining the composition and responsibilities of the Committee to Supervise the Printing of Specialized Accountable Forms. Said Committee shall supervise the printing of specialized accountable forms ensuring compliance with the specifications and security features requirements; and monitor and safeguard deliveries of printed accountable forms, among others.
