REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 11-2025 issued on March 5, 2025 prescribes the use of the revised BIR Form No. 0044 (Request for System Access/Access Revocation). Said modification on BIR Form No. 0044 shall not in any way affect the existing policies and procedures on the granting and revocation of system access, as provided for under Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) No. 28-2020.
