REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 1-2022 issued on January 10, 2022 prescribes the Revised Administrative Disciplinary Rules on Sexual Harassment Cases in the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). The detailed rules and procedures pertaining to the investigation of sexual harassment cases and the corresponding administrative sanctions are outlined in the said revised rules, which is attached as Annex “A” of the Order.
