REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 98-2023 issued on September 28, 2023 enjoins all BIR officials and employees to participate in the celebration of the 34th National Statistics Month (NSM) in October 2023 with the theme “Accelerating Progress: Promoting Data and Statistics for Healthy Philippines”.
           All Revenue Regional and District Offices are requested to provide their own NSM streamer to be displayed at the façade of their respective buildings throughout the month of October. Revenue personnel may also coordinate with the participating agencies in their respective areas for the specific activity(ies) that they wish to be involved in.
