REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 96-2017 issued on November 16, 2017 adjusts the tax filing and payment deadlines falling on November 13, 14 and 15, 2017 under the jurisdiction of Revenue Regions within the National Capital Region, including the Provinces of Bulacan and Pampanga, to November 16, 2017 without penalties, in relation to the holding of 31st Association of Southeast Asian Nation (ASEAN) Summit and issuance of Proclamation No. 331, s. 2017.
