REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 95-2018 issued on November 12, 2018 notifies the loss of one (1) original copy of Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) issued to the Philippine National Bank (PNB) on December 18, 2017 with Serial Number 200800000633.

  Said TCC, was reported as lost by Mr. Jose Marie Erwin H. Duran, Asset Management Operations Division Head of the PNB. Consequently, the entire set bearing the said TCC No. has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof effective September 14, 2018 are considered invalid.

      Internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify the BIR in the event that the aforesaid TCC is found and to undertake the necessary measures or actions in order to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
