REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 90-2019 issued on August 30, 2019 notifies the loss of a duplicate copy from one (1) unused set of BIR Form No. 2524 (Revenue Official Receipt) with Serial Number ROR201400082983.

Said form, which was reported missing by Revenue Collection Officer Jacqueline D. Hernando of Revenue District Office No. 79, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
