REVENUE  MEMORANDUM  CIRCULAR  NO.  9-2015  issued  on  March  11,  2015 circularizes the enhanced BIR Registration Form Nos. 1901, 1902, 1903, 1904, 1905 and 2305 (November 2014 ENCS) applicable only to the Revenue District Offices covered by the systems rollout of the Taxpayer Registration System under Electronic Tax Information System (eTIS-1).
     Additional registration information were embedded to conform to the requirements of the BIR, such as Place of Birth, Mother’s Maiden Name, Father’s Name, Identification Details, Incentive Details (for taxpayers claiming incentives), Contact Person per Sec. 52A of the Tax Code, as amended, and valid email account for business taxpayers, etc.
