REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 89-2019 issued on August 30, 2019 circularizes the 2019 Updated List of Microfinance NGOs with Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) Accreditation as of June 14, 2019 and List of Microfinance NGOs with expired accreditation as of March 31, 2019.

The Certificate of Accreditation issued to Microfinance NGOs shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless revoked earlier by the MNRC.
