REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 87-2023 issued on August 31, 2023 announces the 21st Anniversary celebration of the Development Policy Research Month (DPRM) with the theme “Going Green and Digital for a More Sustainable, Inclusive, and Prosperous Future for All” or “Maging Makakalikasan at Digital para sa Higit na Matatag, Inklusibo, at Masaganang Kinabukasan para sa Lahat”.
             All Regional and District Offices are enjoined to provide their own DPRM streamer to be displayed at their building facade throughout the month of September.
