REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 85-2007 issued on December 14, 2007 notifies the loss of one (1) pad of an unused BIR Form No. AF51-Official Receipt (OR) with Serial Nos. ACF200600110251 to ACF200600110300.

          Said forms, which were reported lost by Ms. Bernadette C. Baroña of Revenue Region No. 2-Baguio City, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
