REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 83-2017 issued on September 29, 2017 enjoins all BIR officials and employees to participate in the celebration of the 28th National Statistics Month (NSM) in October, 2017, with the theme “Facts and Figures for the Future: Statistics for Evidence-Based Decisions Towards AmBisyon Natin 2040”.

     All Revenue Regional and District Offices are requested to provide their own NSM streamer to be displayed at the façade of their respective buildings throughout the month of October.

     BIR personnel may coordinate with the participating agencies in their respective areas for the specific activity(ies) they wish to be involved in.
