REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 82-2021 issued on July 7, 2021 addresses the absence of confirmation/acknowledgement e-mail after uploading of documents to the electronic Audited Financial Statements (eAFS) System.
         In lieu of the confirmation/acknowledgement e-mail, copies of screenshots from the eAFS clearly showing the details contained in the screenshot, as illustrated in the Circular, are considered sufficient proof of submission to the BIR by the concerned taxpayer of the documents described in the said screenshots.
