REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 82-2012 issued on December 18, 2012 notifies the loss of quintuplicate copies from (2) unused sets of BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) with the following Serial Numbers ROR201105485596 and ROR201105484596.
           Said forms, which were reported lost by Mr. Geraldine D. Anievas of Administrative Division, Revenue Region No. 2, Baguio City, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
