REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 81-2023 issued on August 9, 2023 notifies the loss of one (1) pad of unused/unissued BIR Form No. AF51 – Accountable Form No. 51 with Serial Numbers ACF201300208001 to ACF201300208050.
              Said forms, which were reported as lost by Administrative Section Chief Amacely T. Cacayan of Revenue District Office No. 64, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered as invalid.
