REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 81-2018 issued on September 14, 2018 notifies the loss of quadruplicate copy from one (1) unused set of BIR Form No. 2313-R – Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration (eCAR) for Transaction Involving Transfer of Real Properties with Serial No. eCR201700389250.

        Said form was reported missing by Ms. Elna B. Gayon of Revenue District Office No. 36. Consequently, the entire eCAR set bearing the said Serial Number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
