REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 8-2015 issued on March 6, 2015 notifies the loss of original copy from one (1) unused set of BIR Form No. 2313-P – Certificate Authorizing Registration (eCAR) for transaction involving transfer of personal properties with Serial No. eCP201300033902.
     Said form was reported missing by Ms. Ma. Victoria M. Ramos of Excise Large Taxpayers Audit Division II. Consequently, the entire eCAR set bearing the said Serial Number has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
