REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 76-2013 issued on December 27, 2013 prescribes the revised Satisfaction Survey Form required under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 16-2009 re: Establishment of a Taxpayer Service Area, in line with the BIR’s continuing efforts to provide an efficient service to the taxpaying public.

     The Satisfaction Survey Form has been improved to complement the current services being rendered by the BIR, and has been renamed Customer Satisfaction Survey.
