REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 76-2005 issued on December 29, 2005 notifies the burning of one (1) pad of unused BIR Form No. 2524 – Revenue Official Receipt with Serial Numbers ROR200400540401-ROR2004005540450.
             Said forms, which were reported burned by Ms. Helen Juanico-Herrada of Revenue Region No. 18, Cotabato City, have been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
