REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 74-2022 issued on May 24, 2022 circularizes the Updated List of Microfinance Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of May 2022.
               Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10693 (Microfinance NGOs Act), a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC.
               Further, included in the list were the MF-NGO Certificates of Accreditation revoked by the MNRC effective April 29,2022, with reference to Revenue Memorandum Circular Nos. 50-2022 and 69-2022.
