REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 74-2017 issued on September 19, 2017 notifies the loss of one (1) set of used but unissued BIR Form No. 2313-R – Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration for transaction involving transfer of real properties bearing Serial No. eCR201600045160.

     Said form, which was reported as lost by Mr. Michael Virgilio S. Tantay of Revenue District Office No. 45, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
