REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 72-2017 issued on September 5, 2017 notifies the loss of one (1) set of previously cancelled BIR Form No. 1966- Electronic Letter of Authority bearing Serial No. eLA201500048809.

     Said form, which was reported as lost by Ms. Juliana B. Pascual of Revenue District Office No. 48, has been cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are considered invalid.
